Cell Phone Repair Technician-Assistant Store Manager

$15-$21 USD /Hour (Base Payment + Commission)

Requirements.

  • 1 year of experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics (willing to train the right candidates)
  • Face to Face Customer Service Experience is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities.

  • Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics.
  • Coordinating customer and various other tasks simultaneously.
  • Repair smart phones by utilizing tools and processes to triage, determining the most effective method to repair then repairing the device.
  • Manage repair inventory involving new parts, recording inventory volumes and tracking parts.

$40,000-$65,000 USD/Year (Base payment + Commission)

Requirements.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating role (more experience is welcomed).
  • Experience in retail, Repair experience is REQUIRED.
  •  Experience with iOS, Mac OS, Android, and Windows OS.
  • History of exceeding sales goals is highly desired.
  • Basic understanding of the retail industry and problems faced by retailers.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
  •  Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to Work Weekends and Holidays.

  • Ability to monitor trends in all areas of the store: Sales, Repairs, Warranties, Part defects.
  • Diagnosing and servicing smart phones, computers, tablets and game consoles.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a consistent and efficient workflow.
  • Selling various accessories and products.
